Hilo Hawaiian Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
Everyone there was so nice - we had our choice of rooms, and took one with a view of Coconut Island! The banyans around this area are immense, and there’s also a lovely walk through the Liliuokalani Gardens right across the street.

Plumeria Hilo Hotel
We were in Hawaii for 2 weeks, and stayed at several hotels, and the Plumeria Hilo Hotel had the best room by far because ut was more like an apartment than just a hotel room. There was a fridge, micorwave, hot plate, dishes, etc. A bit a road noise, but the beach was close by.
