"Wonderfully quiet quirky hotel a few km from Pai. Easy rental of scooters on property which as good to not have to drop off in town, although the price to rent one in town as less. For the convienence we didn't mind. Staff spoke little or no Enlgish but we were provided with Whatsapp contacts so no issues there. Free transport to town was a great bonus for evening walking street. Breakfast was cooked hot to order with lots of selection. Free bottle water daily and be laundry detergent...

"The hotel is located right in town, just next to the walking streets and only 5 min walk from the bus station. The bungalow i stayed was nice and clean but very chilly at night and early morning due to lack of insulation and no hot water at the wash basin (however there was hot water for shower). Breakfast was Ok, not so many choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got a free ride to their farm and enjoyed feeding the rabbits and bunnies. "It was a great place except it is so far away from the town centre. If you are visiting just for a few days, it is inconvenient as you will either hire a motor bike or pay daily transport each time you want something from the shops. It is not a distance you can walk especially if you have been out drinking."

"A beautiful resort that needs some tlc. The staff are amazing, and the pool and deck is 1st class. The guesthouses are spacious and clean. It’s just that the grounds and buildings are needing some updating. The sidewalks have broken up a bit, the grounds are expansive and are more ‘natural’ than the pics show. And the guesthouses need some maintenance. It is a bit far from town so I’m glad I had a motorbike. This all being said, I really enjoyed my two nights there and would stay again. "
