Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und extrem höflich.
Fehlende Kleiderbügel wurden sofort gebracht und der Fernseher mit der Fernbedienung richtig eingestellt. Bedienungsanleitungen sowohl für den Fernseher als auch für den Air Condtioner wären hilfreich gewesen.
Der Shuttle Service nach Pai hat absolut pünktlich und wunderbar geklappt...
Der Pool war gut gereinigt, so...

"The hotel is located right in town, just next to the walking streets and only 5 min walk from the bus station. The bungalow i stayed was nice and clean but very chilly at night and early morning due to lack of insulation and no hot water at the wash basin (however there was hot water for shower). Breakfast was Ok, not so many choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got a free ride to their farm and enjoyed feeding the rabbits and bunnies. I was generally happy with my stay at this...
