"The building felt very new. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave, and a small stove top, along with very basic pots, pans, and utensils. The room was very clean on arrival. We did not eat at the breakfast, but it looked very atypical of hotels at this price point with toast, eggs, cereals, etc. The staff was very nice and easy to work with."

"The only reason im not giving exelente and I had a bad experience with my bed I woke up the very next day with to bug bites on my feet and leg and the last day 1 on my back but I didn't realize I have 3 bites on my back and 2 on my torso. I called the hotel to let them know about the bed bugs but all I got is thank you for letting us know . "This property had clean rooms, a bit musky if a/c on low. Clean beds, no drawers. This place is great for 1 or 2 not 4 people. Breakfast was simple continental fruit, cereal , bagel, juice, coffee ,boiled eggs, no meat or scrambled eggs. 2 washers and 2 dryers using coins. The front desk can exchange the coins for you. I like the coffee , tea stand in front of the elavator. Overall, this place does the job if you want an affordable room close to Universal that's clean and simple. ...

"Spent one night there had a dog barking the whole time and a couple rooms down from me wasn’t even asked how I was when I checked out. No one offered me anything due to the multiple midnight wake up from the dog barking all night long I will never refer this place to anyone and if I ever come back, I will never use Hampton Inn again."

"I liked the way the room was laid out. The room was cleaned except for the bathtub. The bed was so comfortable. It would have been nice if there were usb plug ins beside the bed. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"The front desk staff was great. The breakfast attendants were not the best. They didn’t clean regularly. So there was dried up syrup and waffle batter on the counter. Some of the tables were dirty.
