"I have 3 complaints: 1) Upon arrival, the guy in the next room was playing and singing. I could hear him perfectly through the walls. I matched his noise level with the TV and his sound stopped. 2) the mattress are soft. I need a hard mattress. 3) The A/C is noisy and woke me up quite a few times. It also was blowing directly on me when sitting at the desk. I wasn't able to work."

"The hotel is close to a shopping center, gas station, and grocery store. The location was great. We only experienced a power issue. The property can't support a gaming system; it tripped the fuse and knocked out the power in our room. However, the staff fixed it quickly. Other than that, the room was clean, the free breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the pool was heated and very nice. "

"we enjoyed our stay over all. the staff can do a better job of acknowledging and greeting guests. maid on 4th floor, was watching and listening to cell set up on counter and no response after we greeted her good morning! pillows were flat, bed was firm and uncomfortable but the tv was nice. the elevators are rough riding and the door track was dirty..we would stay again because it's near our family and reasonable rates!"

"Arrived at 2:45 and tried to check in before 3:00. Was told the room will not be ready at 3:00 and then likely not till 3:45 but if we upgrade and pay $100 a night more then they had rooms. BS and said no thanks gave her my cell phone and she said she would text me when the room is ready. Got on escalator and got text that our room was ready literally 2 minutes after I gave her my number. Felt like because we reserved the room through Expedia they were trying to punish us for not going...
