"The hotel is under a a reno project. It wasn’t too inconvenient. We moved rooms because of the exhaust fan in the bathroom kept running. The next room had the same problem so I assume they were upgrading that system too. Tiana (I hope I got the name right), on the front desk was very helpful. Appreciated her help."

"The room was clean and the coffee at the breakfast bar was good. The floor above squeaked and woke us several times in the night. There were no washcloths in the room, the coffee maker in the room leaked. Breakfast didn’t have any options for my family. I am gluten free and my husband is low carb. The only hot options were waffles and breakfast burritos. There was only 1 yogurt and no fruit. We ended up finding a restaurant to eat breakfast."

"I would never stay here again. The staff was absolutely horrible. The evening I arrived there was no remote control for the TV. She made no attempt to find me one. I also had a problem with the door. The deadbolt kept popping out when I tried to shut the door meaning the door would be easy accessible to anyone when I asked to change rooms she claimed there was no available rooms left that they were full capacity, but I saw three more people check-in off the streets, not with reservations.
