"This is such a beautiful hotel! Located on the Golden Horn - it has a magically quiet and relaxing air about it, a lovely respite from the chaos of Istanbul. "Very clean hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. Every time we asked for something, they brought it very quickly. The free shuttle and the bus stop in front of the hotel made it easy to go anywhere. The only small issue was that there was no laundry detergent or dish soap. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"Excelente ubicación, tiene acceso a transporte público a un par de minutos caminando. Puedes llegar a varios lugares emblemáticos fácilmente. Alrededor hay tiendas en donde puedes encontrar algo para comer, souvenirs, cafés y restaurantes. Las instalaciones del hotel super limpias, cuenta con lavandería y planchaduria. Pero sobre todo destacaría la atención del personal, son súper amables, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudarte con una sonrisa en la cara, en verdad te hacen sentir como en casa."

"Mooi hotel maar beetje vergane glorie. De douchekop viel uiteen, elektriciteit viel uit door kortsluiting bij de stopcontacten. Het sofabed was gewoon een opengeklapte zetel zonder deftige matras. Personeel aan de balie spreekt gebrekkig Engels. Was niet heel vriendelijk. Het personeel aan het zwembad en lounge bar was dan wel heel behulpzaam. Het gratis gebruik van sauna, Turks bad en Hamam was eerder bedrog. In elke faciliteit mag je 10min vertoeven zonder enige uitleg, heel onvriendelijk. De...
