"The room was very big in size and also very clean. AC and Heat both worked well and water pressure was nice. Breakfast was good, as expected in this category of properties. Easy commute to SU. Would recommend. "

"The hotel entrance was nice. The room was ok. You can tell it’s getting a little old. A fresh coat of paint would be good. There was no refrigerator. We like to keep cold water bottles.. just an amenity that was not expected because what hotel does have one now. The toilet was very low…otherwise the location is great if you’re going to Syracuse University, it’s 5 min away. "

"We enjoyed our long weekend stay in Suburban Studios. The rooms are spacious, the linens and towels are clean, the amenities are very useful.Thanks to the helpful female weekend staff who helped us with AC and internet issues. We appreciate your responsiveness. "

"Dirty room. AC broke down. Heat can’t control temperature. Breakfast terrible. "

"Pet friendly, but rooms were dirty, bathroom was dirty and still had hair from previous tenants, tub wouldn't drain, beds had stuff in them. We were here for a couple weeks so we bought a Swiffer and our own sheets. Housekeeping didn't come in once in the two weeks we were there, not to empty trash or refill toilet paper. We rented the room, and that's the max of what you got."

"I think the property is being renovated, which would explain some of the mess on the floors and elevator. But room was super clean, staff was super friendly, location was perfect for getting anywhere around town. Parking was great. It was a short walk to food and convenience store though we did not try them. Disappointed that the fitness room was not accessible, probably due to renovations again."

"At check, instead of a welcome, we got a lecture about n0-smoking in the room, threatening us with a cleaning bill (we don't smoke, but whatever). Left the lobby, turned the corner to our room and the hallway reeked of cig smoke. I'm pretty sure it was the dude at the counter smoking the place up."

"The place was disgusting! Reeked of drugs, druggies smoking dope by entrance door! Holes in walls, lock not stable to door, dirt everywhere!"

"The parking was very limited due to the renovation equipment. No on property market. No luggage rack. Little to no bathroom counter space. Small TV. No table and one chair. The staff was excellent. "

"The parking lot was a congested and when I first arrived to the property. I was confused as to where I could park. I talked with the front desk clerk and was informed that they were currently renovating, which is understandable. My room was clean. The staff was pleasant. I had a great experience overall."

"No air conditioning. rooms were very hot first couple of nights. Window wouldn’t open to outside and no maintenance available to fix the window. They did not clean our room the 3 days we were there even though they seemed to be cleaning rooms around us. Staff were friendly but seemed to be understaffed. Definitely not up to the same standard as other embassy suites "
