Palais de Chaillot

The Palais de Challiot is an incredible building in its own right, with its beautiful architecture and gardens that resemble places of times long gone, but the view from the top of the Palais of the Eiffel Tower is, in my opinion, the best in the city.
Go there at dusk and be ready to brave de crowds, you will not be disappointed.

After coming back down from the Eiffel Tower, Lynn and I headed over to Jardin Du Trocadero Park. After passing the Amusement Park Carousel, I saw a good picture opportunity for the afternoon hours. The park was filled with relaxing Parisians waiting for the sun to set and children were riding the Carousel. After visiting Paris for the first time, it seems that the culture values relaxing in the parks, along the river, and anywhere you can find to people watch, read a book, or talk with friends.
