"The entire staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely professional. The property was unique… the room was spacious and the amenities were endless. We loved the high end blue tooth speaker system in our room as well as the robes and slippers. Dimitrios and Kostas were very helpful and Elizabeth gave us terrific deep tissue messages. Stella took great care of our room. The restaurant onsite was excellent and we were well attended to by the staff. We are grateful! We will return for sure!! "

"The Studio Apt at Stay 365 in Heraklion, where we spent 3 overnights, was located close to a bus stop where you could easily reach busses to the Heraklion Archaeological Museum & also Knossos. We could also walk to a nearby grocery store, which was large & carried everything we needed for simple meals. "We stayed for a few days (parents and an adult daughter from California) and we loved the apartment (2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms loft apartment), which was spacious, clean and had plenty of amenities. It was close to shopping, dining and the Venetian fortress. The front staff was so friendly, professional and well informed. Excellent customer service from all of them. They assisted with everything we needed. The housekeeper was also very nice and would always offer us extra water bottles and...

"Right on the beach with a very nice pool and breakfast. Rooms are big with a nice patio but not much view. We would stay there again."

"Very good hotel. Having kitchen with a fridge is a great advantage if you stay for more than three nights. It’s a bit far from touristic places which is not necessarily good or bad but great thing is that there’s a bus stop nearby with a free rode to the city center. The beach is 10-15 minutes to walk. Administrators are the nicest people who were there to navigate us in our first days on Crete."
