"Loved this hotel, not massive, clean comfy room, really nice lounge area with a huge tv and comfy sofas, staff were fantastic, breakfast was outstanding, free coffee machine and filtered water in the kitchen the whole time. Would absolutely recommend to stay here"

"All the staff were wonderful. So helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms and bathroom very clean. Probably noisier on the ground level where we stayed, there’s an eating area near where our room was. I think we would ask for an upstairs room next time we come."

"Great location, on a quiet street near a busy area. Walkable to many attractions in the Palermo neighborhood and an easy Uber ride to other parts of the city. Compact room with AC, that we really appreciated and the room was in great condition. Basic breakfast with coffee, tea and a baked pastry, which was just what we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "
