"From when we arrived until when we left, the staff were truly outstanding. As an example, we needed tickets to an event, and a member of staff escorted my wife and I as to where we could buy the tickets. Fabulous customer service!
Recommendations on where to eat, places to go, nothing was too much for Wim, concierge Nicola, and the other staff to help us with.
Bravo Team Wagner!
Forza Rosanero!"
"Nice clean hotel in perfect location in touring Palermo. Room was a bit small but not surprising for European standards. Breakfast was okay but not a lot of options. Staff was excellent. Great stay for touring Palermo historical sites."
"Everything about this property was wonderful. From the Staff, especially VITO (who made exceptional recommendations for us) to the delicious breakfast! Even parking our car was a breeze. Highly recommend this hotel."
