Brilliant location in the heart of Palermo. Smooth check in, friendly staff, comfy bed and clean room. Stairs from entrance could be an issue for some guests. Would happily stay here again.

Property was spotless and as seen in site pictures.We arrived ahead of scheduled and were able to check in.Location is on one of the main streets , many restaurants and bars on your doorstep though we prefer to find something more traditional where the locals go rather than the tourist spots on the main streets. Given the location the room was remarkably quiet at night once restaurants closed.

From the moment we arrived we had a great time. Our room ‘Norma’ was perfect with fantastic views over Via Maqueda. Lovely Romina was so helpful, making recommendations of restaurants / areas to visit and reservations for us. The facility of nearby parking was really beneficial. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

The room was very small, but overall B&B is well maintained, the staff is very polite and helpful. The street is in the center, but not very pleasant, lot of restaurants and opened stands, lot of tourists, it looks like not organized market. Convenient location because you don't need a car to visit Palermo landmarks.

A lovely comfortable place in the heart of touristy Palermo. My only complaint is there is no warning about the stairs and noone there to help with luggage on arrival. This should be mentioned. Apart from that- great.

A lovely small hotel in a central location. The welcome and local advice given was much appreciated by us, as was accessing the room early. It is hardly possible to get a better location in Palermo although there was some street noise on a Saturday night. The bedroom and bathroom had plenty of space and we loved the cute decor touches. A filling breakfast was supplied with local pastries. We would stay here again.

Very comfortable beds, nice and quiet even when the location is at a very crowded restaurant street. It is also good to have almost everything just around the corner. Be aware of all the steps both outside and inside the hotel, no elevator. Not so easy to get info about the key when we had a late arrival and also very poor breakfast the first morning since they did not know we booked with breakfast at all. Very confusing for me and my daughter. In all a quite good little hotel with just a few rooms.

I was a man traveling alone. I wanted a simple hotel in the center of Palermo. This hotel met my needs exactly. It was convenient, clean, the room was excellent, and I was very satisfied. There was no elevator, but I knew that going in. When you stay at a property at this price, You cannot expect it to have everything you want. Very satisfied, and I would stay here again.
