"Upon arrival at 5pm we were told our room was not ready.and then we were given a room that was a category lower than we had paid for and we had to point it out to the staff after we had unpacked our suit cases ad were then switched to the room category we had paid for. We had issues checking in and checking out, it seems like staff is still getting familiar with their system or Expedia and the hotel websites do not work well together. I was charged once by Expedia and again by the hotel for our stay. The hotel is trying to resolve this but i have yet to receive the credit."

"Did not like the over all security of deadbolts in our rooms..had to move to somewhat decent room. Will give credit for manager finding a room last minute. Maintenance staff needs to address safety protocols to keep future tenants safe. Will find other options."

"The rooms were clean. The staff at check in was very polite. They only have maid service once a week, which I find unusual. When your trash is full or you need more towels you just sit them outside your door. In the mornings the halls look like trash day in the city. They have long term stay with a lot of out of town workers staying. If you don’t sleep past 5:00 am you’ll will be fine.
