"This hotel property has the potential to be an amazing stay along the beach front. Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room. Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never...

"The rooms were spacious and very clean. The property is very conveniently located about 50 yards from the airport. We literally walked to it to catch our flight. "« Gardenia Hôtel », belle chambre avec balcon donnant face à la mer avec vue sur la Sicile et le Volcan « Etna ». Hôtel très calme, très confortable. La literie est parfaite, les chambres sont spacieuses, salle de bain très bien équipée. La dame de l’accueil (Carmella ?) qui parle le Français, est adorable et très attentionnée ; Merci pour toute sa gentillesse. Possibilité de garer sa voiture gratuitement juste en face de l’hôtel ; Seul problème (qui a déjà été soulevé par d’autres commentaires...
