I had a reservation for another location (See my 5-Star review of Fernando Flats) but they were booked for the prior day, so I had to select Singer Island Inn as it was the only option on Expedia. WOW It is rundown, beaten-up and unclean. When we arrived the apartment smelled like weed! There were dead roaches and everything was dirty (see pics). "Breakfast had to wait for eggs replacement for over 15 mins. Guest had to keep asking for replacing items. Instead staff keeps eyes on the items. Second had to move other room due next door had Two dogs kept barking for hours."

"The hotel was under renovation but did not take away from a very clean, welcoming staff, good breakfast and quiet rooms at night and comfy bed. Shower water pressure was very light is my negative and that parking was $10 each night not sure why was not in an area that was needed to pay."
