"Tis property is amazing. We normally stay here for a weekend each year and since the remodel it is even better than it was. Every staff member we can across was amazing the female outdoor bar tender (I didn't get her name) was great very friendly and made drinks perfectly. Every one at the front desk went above and beyond and all the vallet drivers took great care of our car and always had a recommendation for food! The food at the hotel restaurant could use some work and more options. The entire beach staff always went above and beyond to make sure we're were comfortable and had drinks. The rooms were great beds were really comfy showers were nice and big with lots of water pressure."

"This was a good budget hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast as well as the proximity to the beach. The pix online are not exactly representative of the actual hotel. But again for a budget hotel it was good. Certainly the most affordable place on Palm Beach."

"My friends and I booked a one night stay at The Colony Hotel and were very excited, as we live in Miami and this was our first time staying in Palm Beach. Unfortunately, our experience was heavily impacted by a group staying in the room next to ours. They were making loud noises, yelling, and slamming things throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We eventually had to contact the front desk, and the situation escalated to the point where the police were called to escort them out. We understand that this was not the hotel's fault, and we do want to recognize Jose, the manager, who reached out to us and did his best to assist after the incident. His professionalism and concern were appreciated. There were also a few other issues that affected our stay. The hotel's website states that checkout is at 12:00 PM; however, our room keys stopped working at 11:00 AM, which was confusing and inconvenient. This should be clarified for guests. Additionally, the room did not have blackout shades, allowing a significant amount of light into the room early in the morning. To make matters worse, our room was located near the dumpster area, and after already getting very little sleep due to the noisy neighbors, we were woken up again around 7:00 AM on Sunday by the garbage truck. Considering the rates charged by the hotel, we expected a much more comfortable and restful experience."

"Beautiful building/lobby/room. Brand new hotel with high end finishes. Smells great. As others have said, the service has a lot to desire. We arrived Memorial Day weekend, Saturday around 12:00pm. No bellboy was available so we handled our own luggage from the car to the room. We changed and went to the pool around 12:30. There was no one at the pool and there were no towels. We stood around for 20 minutes in the blazing sun, no one came. I went inside, spoke to the front desk, they said they will send someone. 15 minutes later no one came. I went back inside and spoke to the manager. He said someone will be at the pool shortly. 10 minutes later no one came. I went back inside a third time, the manager now said they are working on getting more towels. I asked if we go to the beach would they have lounge chairs and towels? He said absolutely. We went to the beach, no towels, but at least we were able to get lounge chairs and umbrella. We had to wait another 30 minutes for towels and fight with other people to get them as they only brought out 4!!! Pretty crazy, definitely not 5* standards. Once they get the right management, staff and training this can be a really nice resort."

"They were very polite. The environment is safe and comfortable for the price they charge. The floor needs to be cleaned better, as my socks turned black from the dirt. Otherwise, it's fine. My 10/10 goes to all the staff there regarding customer service—they were very kind. For the price it’s ok Tv doesn’t connect right. And need be flexible to watch in the sofa because it’s other way."
