Beautiful grounds… food and drinks somewhat pricey. Pool not very clear. Walls pretty thin but having said all that, we’d come back!

This property is so beautiful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa and it was like an apartment. Ir had everything we needed including a spacious bathtub and washer/dryer. We will defiantly come back!

I’ve stayed here many times before but was so disappointed that they assigned me a terrible room near the pool complex. It was non stop noise as the pool has a power plant that blows all day. It spoils any view. Next time I’ll have to specify my need for piece and quiet. I was surprised no one checked to see if my room was OK as they have in the past.

Have stayed here several times and it's been a great experience. My only real issue is that in the villas they do not offer housekeeping service. They will remove trash and refresh towels upon request but for the amounts paid, it's sad that housekeeping basically no longer is a part of the high rates we already pay.

All staff was very friendly and helpful Donna. a concierge, recommended excellent restaurants nearby. We decided to go to The Fix, on El Paseo, which was excellent!

The property grounds were beautiful and well kept and we enjoyed the activities on site like yoga. However, the room when we checked it was quite dirty. There was literally a pile of dirt on one of the chairs and the towels had stains on them. In addition our safe was broken and they would not fix it when we weren’t in the room so we spent overall a couple of hours waiting in the room doing nothing in order to have that fixed. The location was great and allowed us to explore lots of palm desert and Palm Springs.

The property is a beautiful setting but does not believe in having in-person conversations, relying on Ai machines. They would not allow us to have 1 more hour (from 10 to 11am). There is no daily service included with the room rate.

Coming from the snow on the east coast, you can't beat the weather. The grounds (and golf course) wear beautiful, the staff friendly and our stay was better than what we had expected.

Disappointing stay.
Our villa overlooked the large pool. We did not care for the music from the pool area, that was on until 10 pm. Having flown from the east coast we were prepared to go to bed early and the thumping noise from pool area made sleep impossible. We had immediately asked for another room. We were told that no rooms were available and we were told that we would be unable to switch for any of the four nights we were there. We have been Marriott members and have stayed at this resort three times before; we will be looking for another resort for next year as this was not peaceful or relaxing, and it seemed unreasonable that another room could not be made available.

5 Star Vacation
Had an incredible stay at the Marriott Desert Springs Villas II. Everything was clean and impeccably maintained. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive. Lots of nice little details and overall a perfect vacation. My husband and son were both raving about it. We plan to return.
