The room was aesthetically pleasing and the shower was comfortable. However, the sink never got hot. In addition, it’s way too loud to not have AC running and way too humid not having AC control. Before arriving we got a text message saying the unit was set to “heat” but there was a sign in the room that was incorrect stating that the unit was “currently set to cool.” When we got there, the staff told us that we could not use cool air, only heat and that if we needed it to cool down, to open the door and turn off the heat. We were told that the building had an eco policy meaning no one would be able to set separate temps in their different rooms. That should be something people are made aware of before booking because it made for an uncomfortable stay, waking up in sweats to all the noises. We heard one of the neighbors making sexual sounds - it was so silent that everything in other rooms echoed. Also, the parking is incredibly tight driving in, it almost feels like you’re squeezing in, risking scratching or denting your vehicle.
