Very quiet and enjoyable area of Palm Springs. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and found it very spacious and pleasant. The two pools were an added plus.

Perfect for a peaceful family vacation.

This is a delightful stay. Staff/host was helpful and friendly. We loved that the property was peaceful, quiet, and spacious. It is a no frills place, and well kept for a comfortable vacation. There is a full kitchen with cookware so that you can prepare a simple breakfast for a picky child. All rooms have direct view of the pool.

Three days in Palm Springs

Our first time in Palm Springs, went to watch Paribas Open. The place is on a very quite street, groceries and restaurants at a walking distance, great view at the mountains. The place is basic but very clean, green and quite. Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi was working well. Heated pool and very friendly stuff. Overall it was a great value for money.

I recently stayed at this small, quiet, and quaint hotel, and it was a really pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, though they do work minimal hours, so make sure to plan accordingly. The room felt like a cozy studio apartment, complete with a full kitchen, dining area, living space, comfortable bed, and a well-maintained bathroom. The decor hasn't been updated since the 90s, but everything was spotlessly clean and in good shape, which made up for the dated style. There was a lovely little patio out back for some semi-private sunshine and fresh air. The heated pool right outside the front door was a nice touch, and I noticed they were actively cleaning it during my stay, which shows attention to detail. Overall, it’s a no-frills kind of place, but it was perfect for a comfortable, three-night stay. It had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

Nice and quaint

We arrived on a Friday evening after 4pm (notified staff ahead of time), they were kind and stated that is fine. Late check-in is via codes provided by staff ahead of time and then the envelope tells you what room to go to. Not the most secure but luckily it works. The property is pretty tiny with only 12 units, but one side they have a non heated pool and on the other side is a heated pool and jacuzzi. I wish we stayed on the heated pool side cause we used the Jacuzzi both nights and it would've been nice to be near it. The room itself was spacious, basically a 1 bedroom suite for us, everything seemed basically clean, a lil outdated but it met our needs for the short stay we had. Wifi was free and available, but the instructions state it's only for emails. No streaming, so not good for those with kids who want to watch their favorite Disney Plus stuff, etc. check out is a not bad since you just make sure everything is closed up and lights are all off, then just leave the keys in the room and closed up the room.

It's awesome how it's a little apartment, basically, with a kitchen, full oven, etc. It seems a bit old and in need of some repairs like the electrical outlets and small things like that but we'll definitely be back here next time we visit Palm Springs!

Our Hotel Stay celebrating our 32nd Anniversary!

It was a really nice stay. We were there as a couple to celebrate our 32nd Anniversary!. It was quiet and lots of beautiful birds all around us. The Staff was very kind and generous. They were amazing and helped us locate wonderful breakfast restaurants, especially Elmers, that you can even walk to! They even generously updated our room so we could have a shadier spot near the pool. The Hotel is near downtown and Casinos. Stores are all around, so all is very convenient. Check out time was very family oriented. Cost efficient and very clean. You will feel safe and well cared for.

Enjoyed our stay!

Unit was large. Full size refrigerator and stove in a studio. All the units are poolside. Leticia the housekeeper did and excellent job, our unit was very clean. Quiet location and comfortable king bed. Will definitely stay here again. Good parking.

Palm Springs Mini Getaway

The place was very comfortable and quiet except for a vibrating noise that came from the ceiling and continued all through the night and day every couple of minutes. It made it very hard to sleep.

This would be my second time staying at villas and I love it , the office people are nice and get you checked in fast. The bed is big and comfy and there is also a couch that pulls out to a bed. The only thing I would change is the kitchen appliances, but just for me since I like cooking I feel like I need more. Overall still great.

I was there in the off-season and they upgraded me to a suite. The suite was really nice. It was well-furnished, had a real kitchen stocked with silverware, kitchen tools, and pots and pans. There's a little private back area as well.
