"The pools/ Beach Access and customer service is always on point. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have their normal breakfast(the best on the Palm) we had to go to a neighboring hotel due to issues in the Middle East. But they had an Awesome spread for Easter. It was a nice time to get away and have fun with friends. "

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, offering everything I needed to relax. The amenities were great too, from the convenient on-site facilities to the thoughtful little touches throughout the hotel. "Very friendly staff. Some issues with our room occasionally but this was dealt with promptly. Food options on offer could be better. I would definitely stay here again. The kids loved it too and made friends with the ladies at the front desk, i cannot praise them enough."
