"Bo Hotel is a nicely appointed hotel in Central Palma. The location was great for walking around and seeing what Palma has to offer. The roof top terrace was a nice addition and had wonderful panoramic views."

Die Eingangshalle sieht ok aus und auch modern. Die Sauberkeit lässt aber in den Zimmern und öffentlichen Toiletten zu wünschen übrig. Die Putzfrau hat es in drei Tagen nicht geschafft, die schwarzen Haare, welche nicht von uns waren, zu beseitigen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, es zwar alles renoviert….
Das Personal war freundlich, wie es sich für ein Hotel dieser Hotelkategorie gehört.
Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen."
"Nice hotel in a great location, in a quieter neighbourhood while still being very central. The rooms are a bit small, but modern, clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. Unfortunately, on several occasions the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and simple questions often seemed to be met as though we were bothering them. This was really the only downside to an otherwise nice stay."
