"We booked this hotel at the last minute due to unexpected passport issues and urgently needed accommodation.
The room and facilities were pleasant, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we did not feel welcome. The receptionist greeted us by saying, “What do you want?” I have never been spoken to like that by hotel reception staff before, and it immediately created a poor first impression.

"Hotelpersonal 10 Sterne. Anlage auch super. Verbringe dort einige Wochen im Jahr.
Klimaanlage in den Räumen zu schwach, oder wird zentral gesteuert, sodass man selbst nur minimal die Temperatur verringern kann, im Schlafzimmer schwach bei heissen Temperaturen. Fitnessstudio Klimaanlage ebenfalls nicht regelbar und zu schwach. An heissen Tagen ist das auch vielen anderen Gästen aufgefallen."
