"After a 5 hour drive I arrived and room wasn’t ready at 3pm. Front desk staff informed me it would be a few more minutes, that quickly turned into about another 2 hours. Room was very spacious and comfy but could’ve been cleaner."

"The elevator was out of service our entire stay. Wednesday to Sunday. Using the service elevator or taking the stairs. Not ideal. Our room was missing a trash can, toilet paper, ice bucket. We were given an ice bucket from the banquet center and then the ice machine didn’t work. We didn’t get service to our room for 2 days. When we finally did, it was half assed. The toilet and floor weren’t cleaned, they took the hand soap then didn’t replace with another one. Certain employees were great though. Valet attendant was helpful and nice, one cleaning lady tried to help us and the food service manager was the one to get us fresh towels after we didn’t get service for 2 days. "

"You're paying for location. Valet was unavailable, and self parking is a nightmare. Upon check-in, my room wasn't available. It was stated it would be a hour later than the 4:00 pm check in time. Fortunately, I was able to placed in a room sooner. However, it was not the room I booked. The shower was stopped up, and the room wasn't as clean as I expected. "

"Room had severe water damage, AC did not work and there was about 3 hyper white streetlights that shined right into the window at night lighting up the whole room. No blackout curtains, the restaurant food took an hour to arrive to the table after ordering and the next morning when we had to leave for the airport there was no one at the desk to check out. We called, looked around and tried to get someone to help get a shuttle and no one was to be found. Furniture in the lobby is filthy, carpets are gross and we debated on laying under the sheets in the bed. Stay somewhere else, this place is filthy, unkept and needs repairs and cleaning."
