"Clean room, convenient 5 mins from airport. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Parking onsite, $15 a day. Restaurant/bar inside close at 11pm. Rooftop bar. Weekends only. "

"Breakfast was on point! Wish they had different stuff everyday, but it was yummyy. Staff was amazing and helped with everything needed, one thing I didnt like was the housekeepers screaming at each other about the room numbers and which ones need cleaning at 8am while I was in pain trying to sleep :/ other than that place was nice and I will def stay there again when I come back :) "

"The hotel was nice the room I got the beds were too small for two people to sleep in so My Husband and I did not get too much sleep cause there was no room in the bed. The whole hotel has no heat so if you’re cold natured you’re going to freeze they’ll give you extra blankets though and tell you they’re sorry"

"I saw at the booking shuttle was included in the booking,however even though i contacted the property days before my arrival I was left without a response. I got in around 12pm on Sunday and didn’t left Miami international until 2:45pm several attempts was made to contact the property and that was futile. To add insult to injury apart from having to pay for insurance for my stay i was also requested to deposit $100.00 USD, I was like are you kidding me. I also was told if there was any damages i would be liable of course i had to request someone to walk me through the room. By the way having an infant without a kettle to heat water for her tea,if i wanted tobuse the microwave i'd have to go done stairs it was alot to cope with, I didn’t even see the pool. If you're staying prepare for bad customer service,poor quality and hidden cost"

"The rooms were filthy. Dirty carpet. The bottom of the curtains had burn marks and there were burn marks on the carpet. A cockroach scattered across the bathroom floor when we arrived. One clerk was abrupt and seemed bothered by our presence at check-in. The lighting in the restaurant was almost non-existent - we had to use our phone flashlight to read the menu. One of the two washing machines was out of service in the laundry room and the staff was unhelpful when we needed change to use the machines. We arrived ahead of the check-in time and the front desk staff said she would contact us when our room was ready. We never heard from her and had to approach the desk twice to ask about our room."

"Tue sink was leaking water no tv in the other room. Just a bed a two chairs . That was not a suite the balcony view was horrible industrial area "
