"When there for the two restaurants and spa that they advertise on the property. Out of the three days I was there, I couldn’t use any of the amenities because it was already fully booked. With the exception of the bartenders and one staff member, the staffing was rude and not helpful. The place is overpriced and not worth it. You can find cheaper hotels around the area."

Ya nos había dado las llaves, así era llegó otra persona y dijo eso y le asignaron la habitación a otra persona. Luego esperamos los 20 min y estaba ya otra persona. Está otra persona no entendió que había pasado porque en el sistema estaba todo bien y procedió a darnos las llaves del tipo de habitación que pagamos. Todo bien...

"Loud noises from people who appear to live there. Dated and smells like cigarette smoke from the 1970's. Helpful staff. Nice pool "

The furniture had grime on it hadn’t been wiped down, the sheets smelled like pure bleach, The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes, there was black, mold all over the ceiling, the king mattress was invented on one side. I felt like I was laying on a bridge all night, when you turn I hear bad at the entire bed slides, the mattress was not sitting on a bed frame. The front staff was completely confused upon...

"I did not get to stay in my room cause there was no staff at all. Called the number that they had at the front desk & no one came had to sleep in my car. & also didn’t my refund back. I don’t recommend "
