"The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was helpful. For the first time in all the hotels I’ve stayed in I was charged 25 dollars for parking. The 15 dollar buffet was meager and the check had a 3 dollar service fee, then added a line for additional gratuity. The switches on the side table lamps by the bed didn’t work so, I had the maintenance man turn them on. I had to unscrew the bulbs to turn them off. If you want to be nickeled and dimed endlessly, this the hotel for you."

"Super beautiful property. Great views, clean rooms and amazing atmosphere. The food on sight was mediocre ,but because of the location there isn’t many other options around. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. It was beautiful and just a great resort for families or a couples getaway. Definitely one of the better resorts in LA."

"This room looked like a scary movie. It smelt like pee. There was someone else food in the microwave and clothes in the drawer. This hotel should be removed from the renting website. Not worth $20. I want a full refund and compensation from pain and suffering. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!"
