Poor reception and check-in process. No hairdryer.
"I came for check-in in the evening. The receptionist could not find my booking in the hotel's records. She told me that she did not find my booking, that's it, meaning that she did not care and I was not accepted to check-in even though I showed her my confirmation voucher from Hotels.com (Expedia). ..."
