"Really enjoyed our stay. The ocean view from room 711 was wonderful. The food voucher covered 90% of the meal from menu. Place as clean, shower was warm, decent pressure, slept like a baby, ac/heat worked, and my only compliant is if you buy a food voucher, front desk said I couldn't split it between group members. Meaning I couldn't leave early just grab an order to go while the rest of my party used the rest of the voucher, had to be in one sitting. Regardless of that, great pool and hot tub, and free pier access."

"the heater was very loud and made it difficult to sleep as it was in a closet in the bedroom area. The door to the shower would not close and flooded the bathroom. The tv in the bedroom had no sound and the ice maker did not work. I reported all this to the front desk clerk . She was very nice , wrote it all down and pretty much explained they were aware of these issues. No compensation was offered."

"Great location, ocean was in plain view. Great balcony view. You can hear the ocean outside your room. Very beautiful outlook. Room was fairly clean. Wi-Fi worked pretty well. Staff was nice, they just seemed a little overworked. Overall, great experience and would go back."

"The room was clean and onsite parking was available. The elevator was very helpful ... and the view of the lake from the elevator as it goes up/down was delightful! The views from the rooms are excellent (though rooms with 01 in the number have limited views) and the location of the inn is very convenient. However, the property is undergoing renovations right now and the noise from this did negatively impact our stay, as did the loud sound of wind coming through the door (apparently that is just part of being at this location). We would definitely stay there again, but just know that right now significant renovations are going on. I imagine they hope to have the renovations done before the true season starts (we were there in early March)."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. But the facility is the worst. Our door wouldn't shut without us slamming it. And then we got stuck in our room and had to call for help to get out. It's a death trap, at least our room was. "
