"Front desk staff were amazing! Super helpful. Rooms amenities not that good. A/C never worked. We were hot the whole time , no mini bar. Little moldy the room. Good TV. Good breakfast!"

"Nothing, it was a terrible experience would not recommend Food was awful. The buffet was limited as well. We got there at 12.00 pm. We were traveling for 10 hrs 2 planes and wanted to take a shower. Was told that the rooms are not ready,but I could get one for $17.00 per hour. We waited 3 hrs for the room. We had no wash clothes for 2 days even after requesting one."

"This hotel was better than I expected. We stopped there on the way to a Royal Caribbean cruise and was very happy with the hotel. No phone in the room, but WiFi, TV, hot and cold water, nice Aircon, nice bed, no usb outlets so bring your own charger, there are regular two prong outlets. If you are bringing a laptop, bring a 3 prong adaptor."

"Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight."

"Credit Card was skimmed at the Marina Hotel/restaurant. Only used this particular card in one place during my days in Panama...at check-in, and to pay for a pizza at the restaurant. Had unauthorized charges less than 3 hours later."

"I book reservations online when I arrived at 11 PM in a taxi the hotel was completely closed and locked. I called the property. The gentleman told me that there was no more rooms available."

"Pool was and and everything was very clean and good food too. Everything has been improved from 3 years ago. Nice friendly staff. Two negatives, outdoor hot tub was colder than the pool, but pool was perfect. Outdoor bar, restaurant or no where could you charge anything to your room. Hard to to have cash when your at a swim up bar."
