"The staff at the hotel was not accommodating at all. When advised on issues with the room, there was no response until we had to make a number of calls. The room was not cleaned properly causing us to have to call guest services repeatedly. There were delays in someone even answering the phone. The choices for breakfast were very limited and the food was cold. We will not visit this hotel again."

"Be aware, everything costs extra. There are barely animals to be seen on the property, you must purchase tours with them."

"Its a quiet safe area. The staff and iwner qent way out of their way for me. I like not having a television. They may have in other rooms IDK. Its a quick short taxi ride in/out of Old Town. Vwry safe residential area. Big beautiful homes and yards."

She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too. "This hotel is very convenient for the airport and has a shuttle with hourly service. The beds were firm and super-comfortable. The outdoor pool and garden area in the centre of the hotel are quite beautiful and much appreciated by families and others wanting a cool space. Breakfast was good, and the hotel also offers a restaurant with nice meals."
