"Nice appartment in the central area Marbella. Though the additional online-check-in process was annoying, I later realized that is was part of one of the best organized stays I ever had. The given instructions were perfect and the support via chat was fast and excellent. The only downside was, that the shower - though I followed their instructions - was middle warm, not hot, the kitchen equipment was poor so cooking - why I booked the appartment - was complicated and the pool was not available...

"This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working. Management told me to use a long handled light to ignite the gas stove!!! I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that. They sent someone over to look at it and he...

"The location was perfect for our stay. Communicating with the host was also a breeze and we were able to enjoy all that the place had to offer. Swimming pools and although my kids are already grown up (they think) they still used the swing and playground area. The shops nearby also came in handy. All and all once I gl back to Panama City, this is where I will stay!"

"Stay far away from this place. One of the worst travel experiences ever. Extremely poor communication with management. The building shut off the gas, so there was no hot water and no functioning stove to cook with. I bought $100 worth of food that went to waste. The apartment was so dirty that my feet turned black walking across the floor. Very poorly taken care of."

"Great experience , lovely views, good size"

"This by far was the worst hotel experience in my life. Nothing went well because there was no one to ask for help. Management refused to answer any questions or even provide basic essentials. I work 4hr a day on the Internet but the access code was incorrect. I had to walk() with injured knee 5 blocks to secure location every day while at The Gray! There was only two towels n, no so I wish Expedia' complaint app would allow me to view my complaints for errors. ap. The kitchen.had...

"We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests."

"Perfect"
