Very nice resort. Has lots of amenities at the property including a private beach for guests. The only complaint I have is that we never received housekeeping during our 4 night stay. They did bring a few things we ran out of like towels at our request but our beds were never changed or made, trash emptied, etc.

The pool and hot tub were great. The beach is a little hike, but secluded. Although there was fishing going on, which isn't allowed and non- residents/ renters were present, it was nice. The main restaurant (Tides) was only open from 4pm to 8pm. The outdoor bar/ restaurant was closed. We were told the bar/ restaurant near the beach opened at 11am, but it was closed as well. The only place open with food in the whole resort was the cafe. The one employee working there did not know how to make the coffees requested. The food available was wrapped breakfast sandwiches, muffins, etc. Ten people were in line with one server. Upon arrival, I as assigned a room in the farthest building away. I went to open the door and the key didn't work. I went back to rekey only to find the room they assigned was different from what I paid for. I hiked back to the desk again and was finally reassigned the right room. By this time, the restaurant was closed. The staff was professional, but few. Although the sales desk trying to sell the time shares was fully staffed until late. Go figure. If i had a time share there and the full resort amenities were closed, i would not be happy.

Quiet and out of the way place to stay that is close to all of the PCB attractions. It has convenient parking and staff is very helpful and friendly. It will be better after all construction is finished and all of the facilities are open.

Very nice resort away from the crowded beaches.It has a private beach but the water is very shallow. So it is good for families with small children where they can play in the sand and in the shallow water. For adults such beach is no fun at all.

We were aware of the construction on the property beforehand, so we knew what we were dealing with, but there was a lot of walking to utilize the affinities. Using the bell transportation was convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks at all the bars and restaurant were a little expensive but there were 2 grocery and liquor stores only 5 minutes drive away. Rooms were a little small but comfortable.
