The condo was very nice. The kids loved the pool and it is nice and close to the beach. The parking garage is the only bad thing about the place. The spaces are small and it is hard to get in and out of.

Enjoyed our stay at the resort, everything was nice and neat and sparkless. The pool was amazing. The beach was great.Staff was very friendly and customer service was only a text message away every time we needed something. And it was very safe.

Average condo with a few upgrades. I had to wash all the dishes because a few of them had food residue still on them and the glasses were dusty, some broken or hazy. There was enough kitchen appliances to still cook a descent meal. There were a few missing or slight brown items in the unit but nothing that interfered with the stay. The view was beautiful! It’s was very noisy though and the elevators took forever! Likely won’t be staying here again not because of the unit but the building noise and not many restaurants around.

Our stay was wonderful over all. Our apartment was clean and everything was in working order. However, the elevator system is horrible. Not enough elevators for the amount of guests on property. We got stuck between the 12th/11th floor for about 20 minutes and needed to be rescued out. The parking workers were zero help when we tried to have guests over even though our reservation stated we had 2 guest parking available to us. They told us no visitors could park on property and were extremely rude about it. The booking experience and apartment experience was great though. We would most definitely book this apartment again.

The elevators are very busy at times causing long waits. A couple of elevators werent working making it even worse. Other than that we love the hotel. Its our second time staying there.

Overalls the hotel room itself was beautiful. The parking ramp and elevator was a complete nightmare!!! Elevators were small and long wait times. The parking ramps was very narrow and a lot of blind corners turning up and down levels. Last, the loud partying and the trashed covered beaches. I will not recommend this place for families witj childern.

PROPERTY GREAT - ELEVATOR AND PARKING TERRIBLE

THE ELEVATORS ARE AN ISSUE AT THIS HIGH RISE - VERY LONG WAITS AND PARKING GARAGE IS ONLY PARKING OPTION AND TO SAY ITS TIGHT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.......BUT PROPERTY IS NICE JUST GET GROUND LEVEL!! WE WERE ALSO SWITCHED TO A DIFFERENT ROOM THAN WE BOOKED THROUGH HOTELS.COM WHICH WAS SMALLER .
