We arrived in the morning and although our room was not ready, we were able to change clothes and freshen up and they stored our luggage for us, moving it to our room when it was ready. The location is amazing-right in the heart of the old town, and very safe to walk around in the area. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean, with a little balcony overlooking the street. Loved everything about our stay!!"
