Me and my husband loved this spot. Directly on beach bar and restaurant and bar on property...pool was clean and lit every night !!!we didn't have to go anywhere whole time. We enjoyed ourselves.

The tiki bar was great and staff was friendly. The staff at the hotel was not that friendly. We requested a bottom floor room by the pool, but the pool was closed for. Te and we were not told.

It’s a decent room especially for the price. However, there’s cracks all in the bathroom and we had a few issues but they were resolved pretty quickly. The staff was lovely and responded quickly to fix our issues! We had a beach view from the window. That was very lovely. It’s a great place to stay especially if you just need somewhere to lay your head. Just wish that the bar at the pool connected to the front was open more.

We stayed in the Tides building not knowing the difference in Tides versus Dunes. Everything is located at Dunes rooms. The Tides rooms are in a different building that is old and not very clean. I killed two cockroaches during my stay in the bathroom. If I wanted to have ice, I would have to walk over to another building with my ice bucket. One is not even located in the Tides building. Staff was helpful, Beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the Tiki hut. The rest of it needs a lot of work. We stayed over Labor Day weekend this year.

I like the pool and how close it was to the beach. I didnt like how dirty the floors was in the room. Theres was gaps in the doors and large roaches outside the room doors at night.

It was a beautiful beach view with easy access to the beach, however the rooms were older and mold around the bathroom floors, the air conditioning would leak, and the seal around the actual room door wasn’t well and you could see daylight all around the door
