The hotel was exactly what we expected. The staff were excellent and the hotel was very clean. Carlos, Anita, Jorge, and Darwin were great! If you want to experience Old Panama City, this is the place to be.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere. The hotel is located centrally in Casco Viejo and is walkable to all the attractions in the old city. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast but the vegetarian and vegan options are limited. Recommend this hotel for a great stay in Casco Viejo.

Central Hotel was a great experience and made us feel like VIP's. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Also with an amazing location in the center of Casco Viejo. There were many restaurants and stores and with many walkable areas. The view from our room was amazing as it overlooked the plaza and Cathedral. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff from the moment we got out of our taxi. Took our bags, checked us in, walked our bags to the room. Explained the general layout of the hotel and its offerings. Room was small but very clean and a very small window but fine for one evening. Very close and walkable to just about everything.
