My only issue was that it was hard to find the right spot on the shower thing to know where the hat water was, otherwise, the price was very reasonable, and a good location. rooms were nice and clean.

Honestly just popped in for a quick sleep. It was clean beds were comfortable. The breakfast was alittle disappointing but hey its free! If we came back for a trip id stay again! There was food and businesses very close by! Was very convenient!

My room did not have additional toilet paper or any tissues. The TV worked well once I asked the manager to come in and check it, which he did willingly. The location is very convenient.

Great customer service

My husband and I come every 2 weeks tp stay. We love the friendly service and treatment we have received each time. Because we're older, and there's not an elevator, we were given an upgrade to a room on the 1st floor. We were fine climbing the stairs but the lady insisted moving us to the first floor

The stay was okay. The night staff was very friendly. Housekeeping sucked. Room was dirty when we checked in. Everything was nasty. Took two days to get it cleaned properly. Had to keep asking for tissue. Stains on the mattress and on the bed covers. Love sit was all stained up. Went and bought Clorox wipes to keep things clean. Someone's hair was all over the bathroom. Very unhappy with stay. Only thing I liked was night staff.

I liked that it was close to the beach, other than that. It was awful there. It smelt extremely bad every where. Everything in the room was super dirty. Rude house keeping employees. Food abd drinks were very nasty, Everything taste very old. They didn't have alll that they said. We stayed one night cause we were tired driving so far. But i wouldn't recommend this to anyone ever.

The photos online did not look like what I paid for.The carpet walking towards my room was dirty. The comforter in my first room was dirty. You gave me another room and it was worst. Dirty comforter with holes. No Wi-Fi, No towel in the bathroom to place on the floor by the shower. Only one bar of soap for the shower. The only good review I’ll have to say is the air conditioner worked good. The front desk lady was friendly.

Samantha, our check in person was awesome. Very friendly, great eye contact. The bathroom was the main issue. The mirror had not been cleaned. Had water residue left on it, the sink faucet area was disgusting. I did not inspect the toilet, just used it for what it was there for, but the mirror and faucet was inexcusable to anyone not sight impaired. Cigarette smoke smell in hallway was terrible. The a/c unit going off and on was like an airplane engine. And I am that person who never gives a bad review but what I have stated here is an easy fix, just hire the right cleaning crew and put in new a/c units and restrict cigarette smoking entirely.

RUN AWAY FROM HERE.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The manager Bob Patel was extremely rude condescending and argumentative about the type of room I reserved. My daughter checked in he insulted her intelligence by asking her “have you never stayed at a hotel before The air conditioner in the first room that I had was not cooling and I asked him was it broken and he acted like there was nothing wrong with it and it was 85° inside. The second room I had the sleeper sofa had not had the linen changed on it, the two beds had blood stains on them. Cigarette burn holes in them and was extremely dirty. There were roaches in our room. The only positive thing that I have to say about the place is the night clerk who worked on Monday night she was very pleasant I did not get her name , her customer service was very good The door lock on the second room I had to get did not work every time we need it in our room we had to go to the front desk and bother someone to let us in our room or prop it open and hope our valuables weren’t stolen. Housekeeping here is FAMILY and they do not clean the rooms at all. I am thankful I took my own Lysol and cleaning wipes because the table top in the room were very nasty and this is no exaggeration of a review. What I experience during my stay at this place. I also will be contacting Wyndham because the manager apparently doesn’t care about customer service or business , I understand it is a beach place but that is no excuse for non-cleanliness
