Really enjoyed my stay for my birthday! Stayed in a 2bdrm/2bath room, which was great as my friends had plenty of space! Staff were extremely nice and friendly. Breakfast was included!

Disappointed to see how deteriorated this hotel was. nothing compared to what it was a few years ago. This has been my to go hotel for many years and I was very sad to see how is slowly dying and how bad is being taken care. Bars, clubs are all closed, barely any entertainment in the hotel for the costumers, not your typical hard rock hotel anymore, the area is also dead.

I like the fact that it was very family oriented. They workers were very nice, warm amd welcoming. They made us feel right at home.

Was NOT as expected. Worn down Hard Rock hotel they simply rebranded vs making repairs. My room was absolutely filthy, all drains clogged, after two days they transfered me to another room after i showed them the pictures and i paid for a pretty high grade room. When they transfered i was put in a room where the vents sounded like they had fighting animals in it all day weather air was on or not. Showed them video. They simply apologized. I ended up sleeping on the couch for 6 days out of my trip due to the noise of the vent in the bedroom and only got a simple sorry.

The place was nicely kept, breakfast was great. Everything was great the only issues was the room was cold only had option of fan or cool had requested for it to be fixed but the technician had a problem getting the room to warm up. Our entire stay we were cold during the night or while in the room. Besides that the staff from the bellman to the front desk was great. If you have any early events that you have booked for inform the front desk as they will have breakfast for you the day off - request this a day before your booking date. Uber it - much cheaper than local cabs

The Hotel is amazing, I was impressed with the pool area and jacuzzi and the breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. When check-in Antonio received us, very friendly and accommodating. We were a party of 4 in the room but we had to keep calling to get towels because the set up in the bathroom was only 3 towels. Our room has an amazing city view 19th floor :)

I Like the fact that the staff were very helpful. My family and I know very little Spanish but that didn't pose a problem. The property was very clean. i often see them cleaning from elevators and glass to floors and railing. The Breakfast was good too, there is something for everyone. I recommend staying at Megapolis.

Pésimo servicio de Romo service… hicimos dos veces el pedido de una hamburguesa y nos quedamos esperando y no llegó. La habitación estaba sobrevendida siendo q había pagado 3 noches… tuvimos q esperar en recepción hasta las 9:30 de la mañana que nos dieran una. Lástima de hotel, está muy bonito, excelentes instalaciones pero su personal no ayuda … una señorita es recepción muy despista.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and located directly across the mall. Many stores and restaurants around. Close to a lot of activities and attractions. 10/10 and I would definitely recommend you stay here when visiting Panama.

I really liked this hotel, it was as if we had it to ourselves. The the things that were an in issue was the false advertisement of amenities. The spa, the roof top bar/lounge, teen club & other restaurant options. My family was looking forward to enjoying all of these other amenities & they were closed down. The restaurants were only for specials events.The hotel needs a little TLC, it had a mildew smell. The staff was amazing. They would be the reason for a return trip.

The hotel is super nice. Within walking distance to a lot of food places, across the street from the mall, and the casino. Free valet parking was fast a big plus. A lot of facilities are under construction like the rooftop, nightclub, and spa; I was looking forward to those based on the photos but the hotel was nice. The staff super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing stay for us. The hotel was beautiful. Always clean. The first day we came our tv didn’t work , in 5 minutes they were already in our room fixing it. Anytime we called for something they were quick to answer. I would suggest to fix their phone lines as it has a lot of static and it’s hard to hear the other person. The pool was clean and the people inside th hotel were wonderful. The breakfast was great. I love that they incorporated some of the Panamanian breakfast. I would suggest having some options of turkey and beef bacon for those that do not eat pork. The room was perfect , had ample space and privacy. Spectacular view. Easy access to the mall, casino and food court. I’m an American driver and it was easy to drive in this area. We were close to everything , costa cintera , Casco viejo, Amador Causeway and Panama viejo. I have to save the best for last and I hope the owner reads this. The valet guys all of them were nice. There were two specific ones , I don’t remember their names and I wish I did. One is from rio abajo and the other family is from San Andres. Those two guys were magnificent. They remembered our name and our ticket number. They also assisted our driver who would come and drive us around. They gave us some suggestions of where to go in the area for some good eats. They made us feel welcomed and like family. Super amazing.

This was a hard rock, so it has cool decor and the building is quite amazingly built. The thing about it is is that it sat for two years during Covid and there are very moldy smelling parts. Plus the new owners haven’t opened up all of the areas so you thought you would be able to go to the spa or to certain restaurants or to the second pool which all were not open. They do have one of the pool areas open and it does suffice. Breakfast was amazing every day. You had everything you needed for breakfast that was for sure. Ciao was a great restaurant to visit. The soup is amazing. Having the mall across the street is great to go visit a few Stores because it’s mostly empty. Conway was great to visit. The food court has about four restaurants and the French bakery downstairs by Conway is amazing. We asked for another room and they did get us a good one so we were able to stay.

Pésimo servicio del personal. Sobrevendieron fecha y tuvimos que esperar hasta las 9:40 del siguiente día para poder ingresar a nuestra habitación. El cuánto a room service llame para pedir una hamburguesa después de una hora tuve que bajar a recepción para preguntar ya que no contestaban la llamada, diciendo que habían olvidado pasar el pedido., el cual se realizó una segundo vez, y ahora fueron más de dos horas las que estuvimos esperando y no siquiera la llevaron ni se tomaron el tiempo para disculparse y decir que no había.
