Our stay was exceptional overall, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service across the property was very good.
We stayed in room 1122, and while nothing took away from the quality of our stay, there were a few maintenance items worth noting. The iron in the room was not working. The AC vent made unusual noises when set on a low setting, which may require routine maintenance. The toilet tank’s internal rubber components appeared worn, causing a constant flow of water, and a few lights in the room were not functional.
That said, housekeeping was excellent. The room was kept very clean, well organized, and consistently refreshed, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good and well prepared, but adding more variety from day to day would improve the experience, as the menu remained the same each morning.
Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. With a bit more attention to routine room maintenance and a rotating breakfast menu, this hotel would easily be top tier. Best Staff so Kind.
