Hotel was very nice. Great amenities. I liked that they had a restaurant onsite. Lots of food places nearby that you could walk to. Subway stop also just a few blocks away. I didn't like that they did not have my friends reservation and he had to pay a 2nd time. Working on a refund for that.

Great location and price/quality. Metrostation is 2 minutes away. Good employees and an Inhouse restaurant which is good as well. Everything is good, it is not 5 star of course, but the price is also only 3 star. I like it!

This property is almost ruined. It seems that staff is trying to make it work, the manager seemed committed but it requieres more investment. The amenities are below one star standard, walls are dirty, ceiling damaged and humid, shower deficient. It’s sad because it was once a Double Tree hotel quite 3 star convenient. Not anymore

There werent any towels and no phone in the room so had to go to the lobby and request them; windows were painted over; you could hear noise tgrough the walls; breakfast was bare minimum. It was a short trip so it provided the basics, but it's very lackluster in general. Wouldnt recommend if you were on a longer trip or needed to spend more time onsite.

I often go there. This time there was no comforter as the room was very cold. Un fortunately I did not notice until the morning when I got up to take a shower there were No towels at all. The toilet tissue roll was almost empty.
