"We had a nice, large room with views over the river, but it was a little worn and needed refurbishment. The bathroom was okay, but the shower water covered the floor and needed drying. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the Manager sorted out a problem with our safari booking, that had been made by a private agent for us. The dining room staff spoke little English, and were not very helpful. They did not keep the room very clean either. "

"Don’t recommend staying here. Rooms were not clean, sheets and towels could do with a wash, mosquitoes in the room. Very limited breakfast option. Overall not a clean place to stay. It’s cheap for a reason, they pay no attention to cleaning, hygiene or customer service. "

"I moved out of the property on very next day afternoon and requested property owner to refund back balance payment for early moving for remainder days. But, he refused to pay as I left early. Also, he used unusable words for me as he didn’t like my early move out. As such, any one booking this Hotel should think many times before making advance payment."
