"The parking situation and how to actually check-in was a little rough, since there are few parking spots, all are very small, and the check-in desk is in a different hotel. Once that got sorted, it was very smooth. The attendant showed us where we can park outside, which was way more spacious. The worst I can say about the room is that one particular floorboard creaked loudly when touched (I feel sorry for anyone who was in the floor below me). All in all, it was a great experience. "Beautiful location and hotel. I originally had a room with no view but they moved me to a higher floor when I asked. The parking was $38 which I thought was high. $25 resort fee should be included in the rate."

"Beautiful place to stay in Ouray along the river. Sleep with the windows open to the sound of the rushing river all night. Beautiful balcony, huge comfy beds, clean, and convenient. Direct access to river path you can take into town (~15 min walk). Close to hot springs. Friendly and hospitable staff. Simple continental breakfast, nice for a quick start. Highly recommend, would stay again."

"The amenities at Twin Peaks Lodge & Hot Springs are nice, but General Manager Ryan Hein completely ruined our stay. During our visit, I repeatedly witnessed Ryan berating employees, speaking down to them, and treating staff in a way that was hostile, demeaning, and completely unacceptable for someone in management. "I liked the style of the house and the decorations. I loved the concept of eating breakfast at the dinner table with other guests. My only complaint was that we did not know how to get tv stations on our nice TV. The instructions on the tv were not helpful. It was the inn keeper’s day off. We were given instructions on how to contact her if there were any problems, which we decided not to do. "
