The hotel was wonderful. The staff was super friendly. We really appreciated the happy hour that started at 14.00 :) The food was delicious and there were also good wine options. The sea was really calm and is not for swimming but with the pool it was wonderful to look at the beach.

I would highly recommend staying here! I think it’s one of the best resorts I have stayed at. The ambience of the cultural heritage incorporated here very beautifully and also the staff here are very courteous. The small, thoughtful gestures by all the staff here are remarkable and memorable. Having access to a swimming pool right from my room was an amazing experience. The property is new, state of the art design and construction. In room refrigerator with an endless supply of filtered water. The staff is young, vibrant, energetic and talented! The property is beautifully maintained. The GM, Danish was very personable and welcoming. The concierge’s Kristian and Jack were wonderful. This property is a must if you visit Bohol!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice, clean, big, especially the shower. The breakfast team at Uma was excellent! Special callout to Eric and JM for their attentive service and friendliness, and Michi and Kim too! They knew what we needed or wanted even before we’d ask. Able was so nice to help resolve an issue we had. The front lobby staff were also very helpful, members were Bryan, RJ, Ryan, and Mike.

This hotel is a great place. It has been totally remodeled, and they have done a fantastic job. The rooms are very comfortable, with a huge shower, a great balcony with an ocean view. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The beach and pool are incredible (but bring water shoes as there are a lot of coral and sea urchins), and never felt crowded (even when the hotel was well occupied). No need to rush at 7 am to get your lounge chair, as in many places. The breakfast buffet is excellent with lof of different choices (the only complaint could be the time to get a cappuccino, and the lack of fresh mangos) The restaurants are good but a little limited. In summary, a real great place for a quiet vacation

The room was lovely, but the resort is huge and a bit too group orientated. Food was nice but overpriced, compared to other eateries. happy hour at beach bar was reasonable value tho. Beach is nice, but no snorkelling reef and sand entry to see is a bit boggy with a lot of sea grass. Not really a paradise beach. Rained a lot too. Alona is mad, but well worth the 200 peso Tuk Tuk Go exploring, hire a car from Island life, great value and they will bring to hotel.

While the property was absolutely beautiful, the customer service and and hospitality were lacking. I find it confusing to see so many raving reviews, yet our experience was so different. It felt like all the attention went to building a beautiful 5 star resort, but there was no staff training to create the experience you’d expect at a place this nice. We sat at the pool for about 20mins and were handed our menus (There was only 2 other people at the pool this entire time). After about 40+ mins we realized no one was coming back to take our order. We had to walk to 3 separate restos/bar because no one seemed

I had a semi private pool access room and it was great to be able to take a private swim. The staff are all considerate and clearly proud of their employment. My complaints are minor but disappointing at this price point. Centipedes kept finding there way into our room. Throwing out like 4 a day. The toilet made this gurgling noise once and the water leaked from the bottom. It stopped and was addressed but it took a awhile. The serving staff at breakfast doesn't understand the idea of a non dairy coffee. She repeatedly insisted she could do oat milk but it always showed up with cream and oat milk. Minor inconveniences but it did detract from the luxuriousness p

Stayed here from Jul 6-Jul 10. Let me start by saying that I’ve traveled to a lot of places in the Caribbean and South Palms beat all them without a doubt! This place is excellent and the service is impeccable! Unlike places I’ve been to where the staff only care about tips so they would act interested, South Palms staff genuinely are attentive, hospitable, caring, helpful, and friendly. All without expecting any tips whatsoever! They just show up willingly and you’ll feel so at ease with everyone! They really all go above and beyond! My husband and I definitely tipped the staff because they deserve it! We got a pool access room and it was truly amazing! Very spacious and out of all the hotels I’ve been to, South Palms housekeeping seems to be early hahaha - that’s not necessarily a bad thing! But sometimes, we’re just not early birds! But my favorite has to be the turn down service. They really pay attention to details with this and I’m impressed with how they do it. The food at Uma is amazing! Even those who don’t necessarily eat Filipino food should still have options at Manja! Sirenna Bar is great and love the atmosphere! Keep it up South Palms! You definitely hold the title of most luxurious resort in Panglao! I’ll make sure to recommend this place to families and friends who plan on visiting Panglao in the future!

Schönes Resort tolle Anlage . Strand zum schwimmen nicht geeignet! Aber alle sehr nett … Unsere Koffer sind nicht angekommen-und anstatt sie bei Ankunft in unser Zimmer zu stellen -mussten wir erst bei der Rezeption nachfragen. Das kennen wir anderes! Es sollten auch Wohnbereiche für Single & Paare geben ! Wir hatten zuerst das Aggregat neben uns - und danach eine Familie mit 2 Kindern - die den ganzen Tag sehr laut im Pool waren … da es regnete haben auch wir viel Zeit am Zimmer/Terrasse verbracht . Pool Bar nett aber man bestellt und es kommt mal mehr mal weniger oder auch gar nichts . Chips gibt’s nur bei Nachfrage. Frühstückts Kaffee braucht seine Zeit - da ist man fast schon wieder fertig …. Wir mussten früh zum Flughafen. Rechnung war zwar fertig aber ohne Aufstellung. Und auch den Bon für die hinterlegte Caution haben wir nicht bekommen! Taxi Transfer zum Flughafen wurde bestellt aber ohne Preis Info an uns Die knappen 10 min für 1350 Philippinische Peso - Unglaublich vorallem wollte der Taxifahrer uns zum Hafen bringen und nicht zum Airport. Wir finden der Transport bei An und Abreise sollte bei diesen zimmerpreisen inklusive sein ! Volle Abzocke Das Frühstück haben wir vorbestellt um es noch im Hotel zu genießen auch daraus wurde nichts - es gab eine Take away Box die außer Kaffee und Croissant nichts für uns hatte . 객실은 살짝 작은듯 한 느낌. 욕조는 없음. 샤워장에 문이 따로 없음. 침대가드 없음. 아이용 발판있는 변기커버 제공해줌. 아이용 슬리퍼 제공해준다고 이메일로 답변 받았지만 아이용은 따로 없고 슬리퍼 하나 더 보내달라했더니 보내줌. (여성용이 남성용보다 작으니 필요한 사람은 여성용으로 요청하세요) 고급 리조트로 조경도 풀장도 식당도 예쁘고 직원들도 많니 친절하고 버기카도 잘 태워주셔서 아이가 재미있어했습니다. 만자레스토랑 피자가 맛있어서 3박동난 피자만 4-5번 먹었음. 마르게리따 맛있고 망고스무디 맛있어요! 우마 조식 괜찮음. 아이스크임도 있어서 좋았음. 망고가 없어 아쉬움. 커피는 필리핀은 좀 아쉽긴 한듯. 금액 좀 더 내려가면 재방문의사 있음. 샤워필터 필수. 하루만에 변함. 큰방만 욕조가 있는듯. 아쉬움. 하지만 좋았음.

房間很具有設計感且乾淨整齊，服務人員也都有很優異的服務，且有熱情，整體住宿的感受很不錯，唯獨訂房時並不清楚細節，房間陽台是沒有直接面海，但有協助入住到有泳池半花園離海灘較近的地方，也是很容易去享受泳池與海灘🏖️
