"The property is clean, rooms are good size but very poorly maintained. Towels and curtains are very old (washed but stained). Gentleman in the lobby was friendly and helpful."

"For the price, I'd totally stay here again. It is what it is - a very budget hotel. If you're okay with that, it was comfortable even in its shabbiness. It gave it kind of a homey feeling. I didn't mind at all, but I'm also not very particular."

"The only possible complaint about this property was the pads on the cabin beds were very thin. I would recommend bringing extra padding, like an air mattress. Otherwise this was a fun stop on our travels. For the price much better than sleeping on a tent floor. Make sure you bring some firewood and camp chairs. This little town is one of my favorites, but it closes up early."

"I am not sure why this hotel has low ratings. It is a very good hotel for couples or families. I would reduce just one point because the bathroom structure feels a bit old-style, but it is clean and neat. The room furniture, bed cleanliness, and coziness are top-notch. The service is also nice. I would surely recommend this hotel!"

"Never stay here! The reviews are very deceptive. The hot tub is the only reason we chose to stay and it doesn’t even work which is probably a good thing after seeing how disgusting the rooms are! Hair in the sheets, tub and toilet looked like it has NEVER been cleaned and the TV didn’t even work. We up and left it was so bad and they never helped with a discount or our money back. I would rather sleep in the horse compartment of my horse trailer!!!! "

"Base for parks is fantastic. Stayed a week. We had everything we needed. I did clean the sink and shower myself. It's an older place and the cleaning is questionable. We had a great time."

"The decor was unique, with a motorcycle theme. The room was not fancy but clean, cleverly appointed and surprisingly quiet. It offers reasonable prices, and is an easy drive to Bryce Canyon."

"This is a great alternative for larger families like ours to having to rent multiple rooms. The quality and care of the interior of the rooms is evident right away. It offers an escape from the chaos of the Canyon alley hotels and is a quiet respite after a long day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again!"
