"We requested a specific type of room and got exactly what we asked for. The facility was very quiet even while it was busy during Thanksgiving weekend and the staff was extremely friendly and prompt when we needed to request extra bedding for the pull out sofa, or late check out. The cleaning and maintenance staff was even friendly with all of us as well. There are drinks and snacks available in the lobby 24/7 and cheaper than the gas station next door. "Hotel staff were great. They help me find a local address. We did not have microwaves in the room, but I used the microwave downstairs in the lobby. The Delta is a great hotel on the northwest edge of downtown Wichita Falls. An indoor pool worked great--especially after a cold front moved through town. The lobby is very cozy with a gas fire in the fireplace. Rooms are spotless."
