"Very good cleaners. I had a room on Nth Terrace, very noisy and curtains could be extra in length, it wasn't dark for sleeping. Morning checkout staff ( man) was lovely, good customer service manners. Perfect for needing to close to RAH. Comfy bed"

"This is a hotel that has seen better days. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, there is just not enough that is up to the modern standards of other hotels. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel. 3/4 star in terms of hospitality. 4 star in terms of amenities."
