A clean, comfortable and air conditioned room. The Spa is the highlight of the location and we'll worth visiting. The buffet breakfast was tasty but there are several cafes a short drive away with excellent offerings.

Nothing bad to say. Phenomenal bed. Awesome pressure on shower. Easy parking. Great location next to many restaurants. Staff were friendly. Wifi was reliable which was an issue else where on my trip on the Great Ocean Rd.

Property was clean, the staff helpful. We bought breakfast at Beaches cafe and Bar and dinner a bit of a walk to the RSL. Lovely town. Bed was comfortable and the room spacious
