"Clean room very friendly"

"All the staff are very friendly, and the place is very comfortable. …I will come back again …"

"Great hotel in downtown Medan. The rooms are always clean and well maintained, the pool side room are amazing. I go back there every year with my wife's family for 3 reasons: Great pool, amazing breakfast buffet and very nice staff, very helpful they treat us like kings over there."

"My room was on the floor below the ballroom so I was kept awake on my first night. Then an event on Saturday morning at 9am woke me up. Then in a different room, guests upstairs decided it was okay to run and jump in the room. Security were effective but I was happy to leave"
