The staff was exceptional. Always willing to help and provide whatever is needed. Once we realized the lay of the island, the receptionist helped us get a rental car. The dining was superb. Breakfast was a great spread of options. Along with eggs or omlettes made fresh. Dinner was delicious. Again a range of choices and each we selected was wonderful. The room was very comfortable. The bed had firmness that we like. The staff upkeep of the room was generous, fresh towels daily. There is a great infinity pool that overlooks the sea. The staff will give insights to swimming locations. Swimming is great (August), no sandy beaches - Rocky beaches or coves you climb down to, to experience beautiful clear water. If you have a mask and snorkel bring them with you. Plus some sort of water footwear that allows you to traverse rocks. The location is remote. You need a car. Rideshare doesn't exist and taxis are few. Get a small car, Fiat Panda or the like. The roads are narrow, no shoulder, just stone walls from 1foot high to several feet high. Most rental cars are scraped on 1 or both sides. This was a super relaxed part of our vacation (even with the driving), the wind-down before flying home. Pantelleria Dream was just what we needed. It was a great introduction to Pantelleria, great food, helpful staff and peaceful stay.

La struttura si è rivelato un eccellente punto di partenza per visitare l’isola di Pantelleria, panorama mozzafiato con piscina a sfioro ed ulteriore piccola piscina in un terrazzo secondario. Presenti numerosi dammusi, pulitissimo e ristrutturati senza che la loro forma originale sia stata stravolta. Pulizie quotidiane, così come refill di bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Colazione discreta, servita al tavolo con possibilità di scegliere tra dolce e salato. Personale ogni tanto un po’ distratto. Tutto sommato lo consiglierei

Ottima posizione, dammusi sparsi in un grande giardino con piscina vista mare. Buona colazione a buffet. Scarsa manutenzione del complesso, reception spesso chiusa durante il giorno. Abbiamo soggiornato a fine settembre, il dream bar ( pubblicizzato con cartelloni sulla strada) era chiuso, come pure altre zone, in stato di abbandono. I bagni nella zona piscina erano sporchi, senza sapone e carta, cestini rifiuti non svuotati per tutto il nostro soggiorno

Bella struttura con gestione da ostello

Resort senza dubbio bello e immerso nella natura. La vista e il tramonto sono uno spettacolo. Tuttavia vi sono delle grandi mancanze. In primo luogo l’uso della mascherina e il rispetto della normativa anti covid è pari a zero sopratutto da parte dello staff( cameriera in piscina, cameriera a colazione, direttirice, reception ecc). Il servizio offerto ai clienti è pari a zero. La piscina non ha il cloro quindi è un ricettacolo di germi. La colazione è uguale a quella di una mensa delle elementari con tanto di vassoi di plastica per il cibo (non sempre fresco). Un vero peccato perché di potenziale ne ha tanto solo che la gestione è veramente pessima

Struttura fantastica ubicata nella parte più bella dell'isola. Ottima colazione, personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Piscina a sfioro con vista a 360° sul mare che solo quella vale la vacanza. Assolutamente consigliato!

Bellissima struttura immersa nella macchia mediterranea. Si soggiorno in ampi dammusi con bagno privato ed aria condizionata. La piscina è un'oasi di relax dopo una giornata di sole e mare. La colazione è abbondante con varie scelte. La direttrice, molto gentile e sempre presente, è un punto di riferimento anche per organizzare le giornate o suggerire attività.

La struttura è bellissima ma ci sono alcuni disservizi: le camere molto comode hanno un forte odore di chiuso, forse legato alla chiusura della struttura a causa del covid. La colazione è di scarsa qualità e non all'altezza di un hotel 4 stelle. E lo stesso riguarda il servizio: poco personale per una struttura così ampia. bella la piscina ma non perfettamente pulita. Molto gentile e disponibile la direttrice che ci ha dato dei consigli eccellenti e ci ha consentito un late check out.

Relax nella splendida Pantelleria

Il resort è bellissimo e permette un relax al top anche solo leggendo un libro sul lettino della piscina. Alcuni dettagli (quali le finiture dei servizi e la pulizia della camera per es.), se migliorati, renderebbero il Dream un paradiso.
