"Breakfast was great, huge selection. The sink food disposal smelled bad and looked horrible inside. Some Parts of the hotel look a little tacky, just simple maintenance that needs to be done"

"We booked this place because it had an indoor pool, a workout room, and breakfast. Well, when we arrived, the front desk informed us that the pool was not really available due to the heating system..the water was freezing! We could barely keep our feet in the water before our feet went numb. The workout room was ok, only two of the three treadmills worked, and they had sticky gooey stuff on them. The first morning breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, the second morning the place was packed...

"Don’t be fooled by the front desk presentation of a clean façade. The room was dirty. There was water coming from the side of a wall. The shower was dirty and the floors were moldy. I did not trust the furniture or sheets but it was too late and I just wanted to go to bed. There was also a weird smell… not worth the price. There was Gnats as well in the room…"

"When checking in the front desk informed us that our room had been over sold and they would be providing us a 1 night stay at a hotel just a couple minutes down the road, which they did but at the cost of our plans for the first 2 days of our trip, once we did get checked in the staff and hotel was nice, and had a decent breakfast."

"This has been a great hotel to stay at. My doctor's office is around the corner. You have at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. You also have Walmart and Costco nearby. Just didn't like that whomever was staying at the 4th floor above us kept on stepping hard since 5am. Also the water pressure was low this time around."

"Perfect spot for a weekend stay, our shower head kept coming off when showering but I managed. Paid to park car in hotel parking this should have been included since paying for more then one night.but over all was clean, quiet and next to everything and had Starbucks available in lobby nice place!"

"Pool out of service, everything from drinking fountains to toilet seat in the room was broken and not working. In the fitness area, the machines and water dispenser were broken. The room was nasty. This is, perhaps, the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The air conditioning didn’t cool very well, and thank goodness there was a microwave in the breakfast area, because the food was cold. Even the juice machine, which probably has never been cleaned, dispensed watery, disgusting juice. This property...

"My children stuck in the elevator twice. The rooms were not clean there was a funny smell. Air conditioner in one of the rooms did not work properly. "
