"シャワールームが狭すぎる"

"Room was always maintained everyday. Great service"

"We travelled with 2 children and stayed for 2 nights. Everything worked just fine. Easy checking-in (and out), staffs were very attentive and helpful. The room not very spacious but beds and pillows were comfortable. A little noise from the floor above but negligible. Overall hotel condition looked nice, clean and relatively new. Breakfasts were good, various choices (menu slightly changed for 2 days) and nice quality. Our kids actually enjoyed their foods so always a good reference ^^. We...

"Very friendly"

"Cool furniture and lighting. Good location as near Berera and not too far from sights."

"Very special"

"The Hotel dei Cavalieri was in the historic district which was a great location for many walk about activities. But if you need a taxi, the front desk has an efficient and easy system to provide a taxi in less than five minutes, along with the name of the taxi service picking you up so you can identify your driver just like Uber. "Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Gute Aufteilung und genügend Platz. Frühstück war sehr gut."

"Beautiful hotel typical of a Relais & Chateau. Rooms and bathrooms were a good size and well appointed. Staff were polite and very helpful. About 20 minutes away from the Duomo. Area felt very safe. We were happy and would recommend to others."

"Great location and wonderful experience! The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. One minor issue was that the body wash was missing on our first day, but the team corrected it promptly the next morning. We will certainly stay here again!"

"Great location and top-notch service. Stayed here for its convenience to the train station, and it exceeded expectations. Very quiet despite being so central, modern eco-themed rooms, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!"

"Service is excellent"

"Hôtel très bien placé dans un quartier très sympa et proche des principaux monuments Chambre bien entretenue et de belle taille Le seul « point négatif » est la salle de restauration très sombre mais petit déjeuner copieux et varié et personnel au top Je recommande"
